INGREDIENTS: 100% Yerba Maté

Directions: Place one tea bag into cup and add 6-8 ounce of boiling water. Let steep for 3-6 minutes to allow herbs to become fully infused. Remove bag from cup, pressing gently to enhance flavor. After tasting, sweeten as desired.
